Default JDM Front gaps

Hey guys, just wanted to ask the welding/fab section of the forums about possible solutions for a gsr I bought with a jdm front. I've seen a few integras and including mine, the bumper does not line up with the headlights or grill to form a perfect fitment. There are gaps under the grill and and left headlight mainly. The side fenders line up perfectly. I was wondering what are some possible solutions to make them line up perfectly. Is it because of the welding of the radiator support? Sorry, I have about 0 experience for welding and fabrication.

Thanks! Glad to hear someone reply. I'll try and take pictures to give readers a better understanding also. Hopefully I'll have time as soon as I finish this semester of school and work on it.
