I need help on taking off my front and back bumper please and thank you

 

Its pretty self explanatory, once you get under the car. There's a selection of pop-clips under the car, 1 screw that holds the bumper to each fender, and a selection of pop-clips under the hood (for the front bumper). The rear is much the same, except there isn't any pop-clips under the car.

Yep, you can get them from a Honda dealer. The parts department will tell you what you need.
