Default 1991 acura integra rs parking light problems

hey guys id really appreciate if you could help me out here, i have a 91 integra "the teggy" as i call it and my parking lights are acting up. if no lights are on and i use my left blinker the left parking light blinks as well as the right.
and if i use me right blinker it works perfect. now if i turn my lights on, my parking lights work correctly including when i use my turn signals. but they alternate blinking with my fog light blinkers? please help me out in really stumped here i could use some one to give me a hand.

Fog blinkers???

When you say, " if no lights are on and i use my left blinker the left parking light blinks as well as the right" are you talking about the front side markers, they work as park lights and signal/hazard lights.

If so, then the problem is most likely the ICU, the ICU controls the front side markers and is a common problem on older Honda/Acura.

How about your intermittent wipers, rear window defog, warning chimes, all are controled by the ICM, if any of them are also not working properly, it is definatly a problem with the ICM.

Also, the front signal lights, [if that is what you mean by "fog light blinkers"] and the front side markers will altertnate when using the signal lights 94
