Default 05 Accord losing speed

Hi guys, I have a weird problem. My car is losing losing speed when I let go of accelerator pedal. For example I'm driving 60 mph on a highway, i let go off pedal and in a second its around 58 and it keeps on going down. Maybe one of the calipers is stuck?...Please help, I don't want to throw money away for diagnostics, and I know there are some pro mechanics here. Thanks in advance.

Well, letting off the gas IS going to lose speed.

But if you think its the brakes sticking, drive it for a bit, and find a place you can coast down to a near complete stop before applying the brake pedal, and stop, get out, and carefully check for heat on the wheels/calipers. If one of the calipers is sticking, they will be HOT, and you can more closely identify if you have an issue there.
