I have repaired my heater ***** with a metal reinforcement. Also I filled in the lighted part with clear epoxy. Here are a few pics for comparison. I lit them from behind with a with a led flashlight. On my 1995 Accord the hot to cold adjustment in a little difficult. The stock ***** crack very easily. These ***** I have made work much better. Also you can see them with a quick glance while night driving.
