1994 Civic Coupe b20/gsr trans
1994 Civic EX with stock b20/rebuilt gsr trans

I've decided to sell my civic so here she is.
NO AC/PS/CC
All power options work (power w/m/sunroof)
Engine: B20 from Charlie at All Jap (Miami) in July 2012
Transmission: GS-R rebuilt with new 3rd and 4th synchros about 8,000 miles ago
Clutch: New pressure plate and clutch put it on 12/1/12 and already about 200 miles
Oil Changed about 200 miles ago
Fuel Filter Changed 154700
NGK Sparkplugs 154809
Suspension: about 4,000 miles ago (Moog (555) from Rock Auto)
Both Front upper control arm with ball joints
Both Lower Control Arm Ball joints (Passenger side lower ball joint replaced with the clutch about 200 miles ago)
Outer Tie Rods
Rear Trailing arm bushings
Sway bar endlink bushings
Rear Passenger wheel bearing replaced: 150120
Spoon Engine Bay swaybar
Exhaust
2.5" mandrel bent from Miami Muffler with resonator and magnaflow muffler
Hytech Rep Header
Interior
Completely stock except for aftermarket radio
Wheels/Tires
Yokohama S Drives 195/50/15 on Si rims (Tires were installed in early October)
Alarm
Python with all of the sensors and such
The cons:
The hood and bumpers need to be painted
Front suspension isn't that great kyb with unknown red springs, I replaced the rears with Tokico blues and eibach springs, the front are the same since I got the car.
#Gets about 26/32 mpg for City/Highway, I drive from Sunrise to Boca 4-5 times a week
This was my first "build" and I have tried my best to fix everything that I could, I have much more than my asking price into the vehicle but I understand the resale value of these cars so all reasonable offers are welcome but please be respectful.
