FS: 1990 Honda Civic Hatchback K series ready SHELL. Mostly Complete. NO RUST !!

This was my first K swap car. It was complete, running, daily driven 65 miles a day at one point for 6 months. I decided to build one last old honda, have the best one I could possibly have, and be done with them. I used my swap out of this for my other one and now this must go...... It still has A LOT of k swap parts and would not take much at all to get it going again. Here is the vehicle info.
1990 Honda Civic Hatchback
Clean title in hand.
Exterior: Red paintjob done 2.5 years ago, daily driven 65 miles a day, 5 days a week, for 6 months so you should except some rock chips, wear and tear but overall the car is in very good shape. NO RUST
Interior: Complete interior. Vehicle has working fully functional RSX type S cluster. Lights up red looks good, only thing I couldn't get to work is temperature switch. Has some sort of mazda grey cloth seats, very comfortable, not my style but they worked.
Misc parts: Comes with kyb agx on the front, with stiff factory springs for added weight ( I believe integra stock springs ). New front brake lines, new aluminum battery box located behind front bumper, 51r just fits in it. Battery not included. Smaller radiator and fan are included, worked fine while in car was removed when swap was pulled will be included in back of car, along with front bumper, and other misc parts. Engine bay is fresh.
K swap parts included: I will be including these parts only because I don't need them.
Shifter, shifter cables, header, full exhaust. All of these parts were bolted up to k20z3 swap that was in the car. I am leaving them to help the buyer out.
As you can see I am including A LOT of parts. Won't take much to get this going. Things I know it will need are as follows. K swap, ecu/kpro, traction bar, k swap harness, and the knowledge to put all of that together.
You will need to bring your own wheels and tires the ls mesh wheels are not included, and tow the car away. I will include del sol fat five looking wheels with car IF FULL ASKING PRICE IS MET $1500 not a penny less. Last but not least. I WILL NOT PART ANYTHING FROM CAR, OR PARTS LIST UNTIL SHELL IS GONE.
