1995 Honda Accord LX Station Wagon Project
I have this beater I brought at the marshall for $275.00 bucks! I've been driving it around all summer long just had to add water every 1 1/2 depending how I drove. Since the winter came along the problem got bigger, I already knew I had to do the head gasket anyway but was prolonging it. The water pump took a dump and no longer held water. Hence, let the project begin it's my first honda so why not
I'm doing the work myself with friends and help from everyone along the way
The plan's have changed so many time from fully built F22B2 to F23A with H22 Head Boosting to this final configuration picked up a 3.2 V6 Vtec with transmission from a 2003 Acura TL with ECU.
Next we needed the wiring harness out of 2001 honda accord. Lucky I have a lot of friends helping me on this project, I was able to pick up a complete uncut wire harness from tip to tip and while I was at it I was able to pick up a 5 Lug Conversion,4 wheel disk brakes, full suspension, axles, brake boost and other little goodies!!!
I'll be updating this build as I move along so it might take me some time since this is my first honda and my first honda build.
We pulled the engine out.

The engine nasty mess yuk!!

The 5 Lug Conversion with everying included

Even got to pick up these rims not the greatest shape but they had the ultimate price FREE!!!!

Another FREEBEEE!!!

That Mess you see is the wiring harness that is going to be used for the 3.2

That's all for now I'll have pictures of the motor and other stuff tomorrow.

Day 2 of this build I will be picking up the 3.2 V6 Vtec installing suspension and start cleaning up my engine bay was thinking about doing a wire tuck engine bay but not sure yet. I will tear down the 3.2 Vtec and add piston and rods, intake mani, cold air intake, TB, maybe headers if choose not to boost and go all motor trying to make like 350HP all motor with minor stuff. Was going to paint the car but rather buy performance parts and keep the GOLD Bomber gold
Just finish installing the front and rear 5 lug conversion along with the suspension and disk brakes this swap is not as easy as everyone say's it is I have alot of work on my hands.
dude this is sick!! i have a 94 wagon im boosting. f22b1 fully built. its still in the process. check my build out
sick setup, good luck!

Boy this project is a real project!! Had to to look around for some stuff so bascially I had a slow day due to all the running around getting parts. My parts list for today radiator off a 2002 honda accord V6, front subframes from a V6 just to test out if it's a better fit so I don't have to cut the subframe to clear the transmission. I also picked up a fuel pump and the rear sub frame to complete to 5 lug and disk brakes.
The 3.2 V6 had been prep with custom intake mani, headers, Custom ECU and a cold air intake will be doing a test fit tomorrow if all goes well. Part's to aquire still center console off a TL with shifter and all complete and looking for tan leathers off a TL also I'm going to try to make them fit
Conversion looking good so far, I said I wasn't but I changed my mind i'm doing a full engine wire tuck just to keep it clean I will be keeping cool ac in the car.

Not alot of hits on this build seems alot of people are sleeping on this wagon build, that is until they see this wagon doing 10's with the child car seat in the back and my trunk full of food from comming out of the supermarket and passing by the drag strip to kick some butt on the way home

dude im excited to see how this turns out. looking good so far

also in regard to people not checkin this build out, think people just see 95 accord wagon project and think ehh w.e but if u had put 95 accord wagon 3.6L V6 you'd get madd hits lol same if i had put f22b1 94 accord wagon build or something instead of just 94 accord wagon build..idk could be wrong but a lot of people start rebuilding cars and dont finish, if i could change my title or w.e i would. just my 2cents
Started cleaning out the motor and putting the this thing together so much work needs to get done.

Headers I picked up for this bad boy.

She's fresh and clean and ready for some test fitting

Picked up a whole rear sub frame off a V6 Honda Accord including gas tank and fuel pump see what can I do with it.

It's been a mission getting all the parts together, so I can bring this project to the finish line. I've been contacted by various magazines on this build but I'm probably going to stick with Import Tuner since I have worked with them before on other projects but I'm open for all new ideas. Part's are comming in day by day , Racing Intake Mani, Cams , TB and we waiting on motor mounts from hasport. I'm going to have to change my exhaust setup since I can't really use the one they gave me.
Engine bay cleaned up some more, one more time and she should be clean enough to eat of her

Racing Intake Mani this will make a HUGE diffrence for our build.

Side by Side shot against the stock intake mani.

Look how huge they are
Compare to stocker

Well that's it for now we are going to hit it hard this weekend!

Been hard at work banging away at this build. Had a little set back with the rear 5 lug conversion along with disk brakes which I finally go all the parts to put that back together. I have a long list of stuff to complete. They say the bottom end of the 3.2 and 3.2 type S are the same. But as I did research I see the compression changes between the 2 we will soon find out.
Finally have the engine prep and the tranny of the motor and it's ready to get worked on.

Tranny 2001 acura TL 3.2 automatic (For Sale!)

Let the tear down begin going to refresh engine and change things around

Off with it's head!!

What a mess!
Head off the motor looks a little toasty.

Breaking her down!

Pistons are out as you can see as flat on top these are 9:1 compression I thinks

Compare to.....
These are 10:1 compression

Look how one vs. the other sits flat on the table.
That's about it with the motor for today

Cleaning up some of the parts so I can send them out to get powder coated.

Took out the old fuel pump out the 4cyl. and installed accord V6 fuel pump

Type S heads that are going in

Got my Accord V6 Radiator.

Well that's all for this year!!! Have a happy New Year!!!

I'll be putting everything together tomorrow and button up all the little lose ends I have to tighty up. I'm going to have Don from RPM helped me out with mounts and harness to finally get this car running!

Update: Pistons are in and bottom end is built. Head was ported, new seals, upgraded springs. I'll be closing it up tomorrow then we can do some test fitting and get the motor mounts made up but we will see how that goes.

That's for today I can't wait to hit the track!!
