i just bought a 95 honda accord ec auto the speed ometer dosnt work and the tranny was messing up down shifting to 3rd from 4th so i swaped it out for a 5 speed figiured it would start working so i went to pullaparts and got a diffrrent speedo now it stays at 20mph ive changed the vss with 3 diffrent ones not new ones, they guy cut the whole ignition out and ran switches to every thing so there isnt a key to start the car ive gon over a few things im just stuck can anyone help me out? ik my spelling isnt great and theres probly other threeds but most of them i read dont cover what my cars doing

Do you have a volt meter, there are some tests you can do....verify that the vss is sending voltage. Also know the speedo's on these seem to go bad.
