Default Installed my b16a I have a few questions

I just recently installed a b16a OBD0 into my 1991base model ef.

I have a few issues.
I keep getting a few Check engine codes that I can't seem to fix.
2 and 10

2 Secondary 02 Sensor - Open or short in 02 sensor circuit, defective Secondary 02 sensor
10 - Intake Air Temperature sensor -Open or short in IAT sensor circuit, defective IAT sensor

I also have a weird rattle/vibration coming from the driver side of my car when I hit higher RPMs if I accelerate quickly - I know it's not wheel hop either. I was thinking either Wheel bearing or Cv shaft?

Would anyone here have any idea of how to fix these issues?

1. O2 sensor. your wiring for its sometimes needs to be shielded depending on what its been loomed up next to, like running the wiring in the same loom as your alternator power wire. or you have a bad 02 sensor.
2. the plug for the air temp looks like a lot of other plugs back there make sure you have the right one. i think its red/yellow and green/white wires.
3. your vibration is a bad hub bearing, bent or unbalanced rim, your axle or diff bearing, gearing in the trans your clutch/ flywheel/ throw out bearing/ or pilot bearing is jacked up. drive at like 30 mph and swerve left and write. it you hear a change in tone replace your bearing. if theres no change try balancing your rims. then your axle then unless you know what your doing your not going to have much fun if your problem persists

im going to guess axle or diff bearings since you say its under high rpms and im sure heavy acceleration. worse in 3ed gear around 45-55 mph?

1. The 02 sensor issue: Are you using the stock obd0 b16 header or an aftermarket one for newer b16's? obd0 b16's have to have the 2 o2 sensors higher on the primaries because they are not heated 4 wire sensors like the obd1+ counterparts. If your using an aftermarket header you need to weld 2 bungs closer to the block and install them there.

2. IAT: not sure there, check your connections and wiring.

3. Vibration issue: Did you remove the bearing dust covers from your stock knuckles? If not this will cause vibration under load and high RPMs.
