Which Oil Do I Use ???
For all those new guys even for my self.. i found this link on (TI) Team-Integra.net I found this to be pretty good.. Hopefully this helps with your question.

WO! This is a brand new site that has never been seen before in the interwebs. Bobistheoilguy must be brand new and no one ever knew about what a great site this must be full of informations.
