The last Integra that I had we swapped the entire JDM radiator support, but I recently purchased a JDM front end for another integra and its less the Rad support. On another web site a kid is selling the JDM T bar. I really couldn't find any solid evidence if this is a bad idea and I should just locate an entire support, or I should just go with the Tbar install..
Thanks for the advice.
Thanks for the advice.
thats how i did my frontend its safer i think that way you can still jack it up from the front, i seen ppl that do the full support and go to jack it up in the front and bend it bc welds whernt strong
T-bar replacement is a common method for JDM front install. And yes the rad support may be better since it's still factory welds. The only thing you need is to weld the "L" brackets on the US rad support for the JDM headlights.

That's how I did mine, I didn't feel like messing with the lower half of the radiator support, total install time was about 2hrs with lots of fitment time.
Yup, just the T bar is the way to go. The easiest and proper way. Everything lines up perfectly except i think i had to trim a little of the original sheet metal in order for the JDM headlights to fit around the corner area. And you can jack it up front all day longg
Im planning on just removing the T bar instead of drilling out all the spot welds too. I was wondering if someone could post the Exact measurements on where to cut the usdm T-bar and the jdm Tbar. Thanks.
