I need some help I have a 2002 Honda Civic and my ABS light has been coming on making my dash board go out, my radio turns off, and my windshield wipers as well. So on Sunday it was raining all of this happened and then my cruise control light came on too. So what can this be?

 

Since it happened in the rain. It sounds like it could be an electrical short. Did you check for wet spots near major electrical components?
