Icon2 Help with Damage on a 2000 Honda Accord Ex

Someone tried to steal the catalytic converter off my Honda Accord 2000 4 Cyl EX Model. The car is has 196000 miles on it.

Fortunately, the car is fully covered under comprehensive insurance. I have dropped off the car at the dealership and here and they gave me a the following estimate. The dealership has also sent the following pictures to the insurance company.

Can someone please confirm what the in this picture is ?

(I understand most of the other pictures where they cut both ends of the catalytic converter but why would this happen ?)

Looks like lower control arm is broken and rear sway bar endlink needs replacement. Maybe when they jacked up car then dropped it. It looks like they cut almost completely through the pipe on both sides then stopped. Why steal a 12 year old converter?

very weird. Is that a gouge in the rim is see in the last pick? Only guess is the jack he used broke the lower control arm and I guess spooked the theif off. what would hae been great is if the car would have pinned the damn theif down. Walk out to get in and see two legs hanging out from under the car.

Here is a quick update guys..

The dealership attached that last picture to my quote in error. That picture is actually from an S2000.

As far as the other pictures, those are all still from my accord 2000, which has now been fixed. I picked up the car last night and it sounds a little different than before. Everything else seems to be same as usual !

So what was the bill? I wonder if they just welded the pipe(s) back together for $100 or less?
