Yes and no, it depends on how knowledgeable you are, if you're doing this yourself. You should search the innahnets, and forum for swaps, but you'll need some things to make it work.

Motor, I got mine from HMMotorsports. Very clean, and they run them before shipping. You can also get a transmission with LSD for about $300 extra, but the F22 transmission will bolt up. Including to a JDM motor as mine is. Axles as well.

ECU, you can get one from them or go aftermarket like Hondata s300 for future tuning/upgrade use. I'd recommend going that route, saves money later on.

Wire Harness from Hassport. Unless you're good at wiring and know which is what, this plugs into the existing harness. Makes it easy and done right.

Motor mounts from Hassport. Makes the new motor fit, and they're built for this.

Exhaust/downpipe mod. Obviously they are different, so to fit the down pipe with the rest of the exhaust, and future exhaust, this needs to be modified on the fitting end.

As far as major, not much, unless you cut/splice your harness. While I had mine done, I was aware of what was already needed. It'll only get major if you come across something you don't know how to do. Understand as well, this is going to cost, no two ways about/around it. But you can lessen the cost by doing it right the first time. Junkyard parts are a cheaper alternative, but their prior use leaves room for failure sooner than something new, or used and tested before sale. You don't want to chase failure fixes because something overlooked, or assumed to work now wears out.

I have no idea how knowledgeable you are already, but as this is a pretty straightforward swap, the questions you're asking leave me thinking you should have someone do it.

in that case, it's pretty straight forward. It's the motor that the Japan accords came with. No problem.

this swap its eassy on your chssis, you will have to cut some wires and extend them, use your ac and alternator and brakets, and use a 97 prelude power stireeng braket, and keep your same pump, on the ecu its just plug and play, KEEP TREE MOTOR MOUNTS OF CAR (Accord) and buy the driver side motor mount on Hasport its like 130$ around that. use a P13 ecu, or a chipped p28. also I use my midshaft to keep my accord cv axles.

im on the middle of this swap, but my car is 97 obd2a, I buy a jumper harness, and still have to make some modifications on jumper harness, I also have to wire the Vtec pressure switch on pin D6, cause my year doesnt have a vtec pressure switch, but the h22a does, also I had to put a trothle body from a 97 prelude, to connect my MAP sensor. you year and harness will work smoth if you get an h22 obd1, any more questions ASK
