I have a 92 accord and when i turn the steering wheel it hums. Sometime even when im stopped at at stoplight. What normally causes this?

 

Is the fluid low?

 

No its not. Duh im not dumb

 

 

i dont know if it is my power steering or what but my belts hum really really bad i once i get into like 3rd gear though you cant really hear them anymore but when i stop and iam just going through a parking lot or somethin they hum really loud and actually i think it is common in 4th gens to do that i have heard many accord do that i was thinking about gettin them changed out with aem pulleys and seeing if they arent as loud any ideas?
