When I punch it my car would bog at high rpm. I have a 98 acura integra with an intake and exaust.

 

Have you done any wiring? The last time this happened to me the tps wires were reversed.

 

Just a thought. My hatch would bog when I would mash on the gas. What I ended up doing was cleaning out my throttle body. It had some build up and the throttle plate would stay stuck partly shut.

Other thing I would check is your cat.

No wiring problems and I did clean the throttle body. Same thing happens . Cat checks out fine, even when revs up manifold vacuum is normal. Bump
