im about to buy a Euro-r IM used and the seller says its been water jet and sand blasted??

is this normal/good, sounds like they had it cleaned i guess lol

sorry also if this is a dumb question, just dont want to spend the money, and it ends up being not worth it

but he says its really clean, looks like its painted silver to me lol
