The scuffs look worse in the pictures than they actually are. Plus, they face down when installed and are not visible. Thanks

You would re-use your own USDM upper piece. This comes with the JDM upper piece. Just re-use the stock one that is on the car now. The USDM piece I used with it is on the car currently.
I can shave the RHD upper piece with a dremel if the buyer wants me to. However, I would want a note in the PayPal payment saying that it is cut, and of course, I would expect payment prior to cutting it.
