Default MPFI sanity check

Hey all, I'm doing a quick sanity check on my MPFI conversion after reading 20 threads and write-ups. Let me know if I missed something.

My plan based on this quote I found on HT:

"For example, I'm using an OBD2 D16y8 intake manifold on my OBD0 mpfi swap. OBD2 injectors don't require an injector resistor box, just like OBD1 injectors (the exact same ones?). I'm still using an obd0 mpfi distributor, and obd0 mpfi ecu."

Car is 1991 Civic DX stock OBD0

Complete (rail and injectors etc) IM with new gasket...Found a 92-95
MPFI dizzy (92-95 non-vtec)
Si throttle cable (heard this was shorter and preferred)
P06 ECU
Custom harness with OBD0 to OBD1 conversion

I'm 99% positive I'm good to go, but before I buy the rest of the parts and tear down the car I'm quadruple checking. Cheers

Does your new harness for the conversion include a new connector for the distributor?
Does your intake manifold include the matching throttle body with TPS? If so does it have a MAP sensor on top of it or does it use a firewall mounted MAP sensor?
Do you have new coolant lines from the water pipe to the IACV? Does your water pipe have enough ports to supply coolant correctly?

Just a few variables off the top of my head...

You will definitely need the obd1 or obd2 throttle body, the 5spd y8 one will work best.

The harness is a Monotech, so yes.
The TPS should be the TB mounted since I'll get an OEM 92-95 or Y8 TB.

I've never read anything about coolant lines for the IACV. Please expand by all means.

It will be an OBD1 or 2.

That doesn't answer the question about the MAP sensor. Either way will be fine, just that one way is identical to what is in your engine bay already and the other isn't. Again either way will be fine, not crucial at all.

As for the IACV and the coolant routing just look at this diagram and visually trace the lines. Those lines are preformed and you may not be able to make them reach the new location of the IACV. I remember doing the MPFI conversion on my friend's car without thinking about this. Luckily I had a spare engine to scavenge parts from so it was just a matter of going back and forth for me.

*Note: IACV/EACV forget when they changed the terminology but same difference.

Thanks. I'll grab some extra line to be sure.
