Default 500HP K series Accord

This car and man changed my life. As a young tuner I heard stories about this garage based shop in Tucson. In the earlier 2000s Saturday night was the day we spent all week preparing for the street races. I had an H22 swapped CB7 at the time and was gunning for this infamous Accord. I heard stories of him not only being one of the fastest Hondas around Tucson but by far the fastest Accord. I had to find out what this was about. About a month later the Accord was featured in Sport Compact Car. I went from wanting to beat him to wanting to meet him.

Years later we became close friends and I even worked for him at his shop named Collective Racing now Collective Autoworx.

The Accord was the shop flag ship. The Accord was dragged frequently, (12s) and was usually favored by the crowd.

300+ WHP NA was fun but the car was just too heavy. The guys at the shop including myself asked him not to give up on the chassis but that meant Turbo and Scott had many plans in development for the NA H series platform. A lighter body was needed.

The Accord sat for a few years and Hasport asked to use his car to build their K series CB kit to.

The Accord has come along way under the hood and Im very excited about the Accord making it back to the track.... maybe lol

Here is a short video I made for my friend to encourge him to get the car back on the track to kick some SFWD butt... or maybe FI class.

Who wants to see a four door Accord beat down a civic???

Nice my little bro is a die hard cb7 fan. Nice to see them get some love. I belive the paint job makes the jdm fanboys click the back button. And because it isnt a inch off the ground.
