Default Building a motor, opinions welcome

Well, right now I have an OBD0 b16A block with stock PR3 pistons. Low miles. The head is an ITR head with some aftermarket port and polishing with ported intake manifold ports, dual valve springs and tit. retainers. Using a CTR intake cam and a B17 GSR Exhaust cam. Usdm ITR intake manifold thats been port matched to the head and bored @ the throttlebody. Motor runs great. Makes power all the way to 9k. I want a little bit more though, so im thinking about buying a GSR longblock soon and possibly swapping my ITR head over to the GSR block.

I know the GSR block has smaller combusion chambers which yelids higher compression, but the ITR head flows better. Being that im using the CTR intake cam, which setup do you guys think is best? I could put my cams in the GSR motor, or swap the ITR head onto the GSR block? Also, car is obd1 using a chipped p28
