Which Hondata ecu chip is this? HELP*****
whats going on h tech. trying to help a friend out. he recenetly came across across this p28 ecu with some sort of chip,board attached. i google the chip on bottom left coner of the ecu. and it came back as a chip made or found by hondata. so theres a start. is it a s100 s200 or s300?

That ecu does not have a hondata system on it.
That is simply a socketed/chipped ecu.
The "board" you are talking about is a knock board found in obd1 p30 & p72 ecus etc.
