I wanted to get a baseline done of my civic, I'm not really up on dyno information. SO does anyone know of some good places that arent that expensive, keep in mind, no tuning, I just want a baseline to see how my kit is.
Thanks
Thanks
San Antonio does have one at the Hot Rod store.
There was a dyno off of Bitters here in SA, don't know if it's still there though....

No they don't. They have an affiliate they use. Besides Tbe Hot Rod Store sucks *****. It took them 6 months to fab a turbo kit off my roomates 3.8 mustang. They still haven't tuned it. Now the turbo is blown. It leaks oil everywhere, and smokes to high heaven. Fock the Hot Rod Store. There was a dyno off of Bitters here in SA, don't know if it's still there though....

if he is just doing a baseline neither dyno will blow his car, only poor tuning does that...
protechs dyno is supposed to be better, it is brand new and has cool features like being able to vary load at diferent rpms...
but for a baseline run none of that matters, colvins is in an air conditioned room which is nice, but they usually like you to set up appointments, they dont like walk in customers...

I should have one in San Antonio here in about 3 short years. That stuff is not cheap.

Yeah I was just interested to see what #'s im putting down with the Greddy Kit, maybe we can get some people from the FI room and make it a TX dyno day!
Just got back from DynoTexRacing. The shop mentioned above in Bracken. It's a nice facility. I got a flyer for em'
$45 for one high speed pass and a color graph printout. Heres the link if anyone want to check it out.

There is also another one here in town off of Nacodoches across from LBJ. $70 for 2 passes. Don't know the name though.
If anyone needs anymore info hit me up. I live about 5 minutes away from both shops.
BTW I met Mike Murillo today. Really nice guy.

I wont be around until May. If anyone wants to go dyno with me I'm going to do it then. Want to get a base run before I put my turbo on.
