The top mount can not but the ram horn can retain the power steering. Let me know if you have any other questions

Anything off a shelf you have already to go for a Turnbonetics T3/T4 T66 a/r .96. also putting on an HKS 60mm GT gen 1 wastegate I have the inlet flange if you need me to provide.
