Without knowing what you want, aside from "big brakes", we can't offer useful advice. You need to be more specific. Until then, my suggestion is a set of Brembo blanks and Hawk APS pads...cheap and effective (and often, still more than people really need)

im looking for kit with either slotted or drilled rotors with stainless steel brake lines good pads bigger calipers for a reasonable price, and i want to make sure its a lot better than stock otherwise i would just keep all my stock **** and not waste the time and or money
I used to run Brembo x-drilled and slotted rotors on my GSR. They didnt fade as much on the drag strip, but ate brake pads pretty quickly. I never upgraded the lines, but i wasn't out autocrossing it and beating the brakes repeatedly. This is where knowing your goals would help. Its easy to find the parts to fit your description, but are you really buying what you need..? And "reasonable price" doesn't give us anything either...whats reasonable to me, might be 3x what you wanted to spend.
This is what i bought in they get the Job Done..

still a hell of a lot cheaper than a bbk and i seriously doubt you'll push them to the limit.

Have to make sure you have clearance room inside the wheel, so whatever the distance between your current rotor/caliper is the added size of the bbk can't be greater or it won't fit.
Also, if you get a bbk you gotta have tires with enough grip to actually use that added stopping power. If your current tires lock up with your existing brake setup then they will likely need an upgrade or you won't be able to utilize the bbk! Learned that from experience, lol, cheap tires on an Evo 8 I used to own.
I'm gonna go with brembo blank rotors and hawk pads (need brake service anyways) after my ls/v gets out of the shop for cv axles and then the body shop. Got backed into at a red light by an Expedition...

I track my car with ITR front calipers and 282 mm 92-96 Prelude VTEC rotors redrilled to 4x100mm. Pads are Hawk HP Plus with Motul RBF600 fluid. This can be done a lot easier now with 280mm Mini Cooper S front rotors and ITR calipers without any machining.

im kinda wanting to stay with a BBK kit that is actually meant to be on a 96 GSR if you know what i mean, i dont want to be buying all these different parts from different cars and putting them all together
the mini cooper + itr caliper upgrade everybody is linking you is really your best bet. try not to disregard it just because its marketed as a mini cooper rotor. it is direct bolt on for your 96 integra, no need to worry about fitment. the kits start at ~$150 and come with everything you need.
