Blown Head Gasket and Oil Cap??? WITH VIDEOS
Maybe it's just me, but I don't really understand what the problem is. I am colorblind but the coolant didn't look bad to me, but like I said I'm not good with colors.
Is the car running good, why do you think you have a bad head gasket? As far as the code I'd first try replacing the O2 sensor.

When a car does what? All I saw was you revving up your car pushing out coolant? That is pretty normal, when you rev the car it creates a suction and then when you release it, it pushes it back. Then you said it through a CEL for code p0131 which is a code for an O2 sensor. That explains why you can rest it and it doesn't come back on for a while.
You still never answered my question. What is your car "doing" that someone told you it was a blown head gasket. As far as the code replace the O2 sensor!
As stated replace the O2 sensor(s) first. Your ECU is telling you that there's something wrong with it and you're more or less ignoring it. Your car is most likely "rich" as you say BECAUSE your O2 is faulty.
