What handles better an NSX or an S2000?
How many people have driven both the S2000 and NSX? I think the NSX handles better, hands down... The S2000 is easier to drive fast, but the NSX is more rewarding, and if you figure it out, is quite a bit faster due to superior handling.

I have only driven the S2 so i wouldnt know myself.
I am a little bias towards my type r as far as handling but thats just cause i own it but i know the s2 is a sick handling car.
As far as the NSX i can only imagine. -maybe one day

NSXs are praised for having some of the best most neurtal handling of any car.(even the new Enzo was prasied by a number of magazines for having the handling dynamics like a NSX!
) In to a turn it understeers slighly and then (as most mid engined cars) oversteers like crazy past the limit..a point that car arrive very quickly if you dont know what you are doing.
S2Ks have been priased for go-cart like handling
...its more "tossable" than a NSX. But tossable means slighly more floatly as well..so you have to pay more attention while driving a speed- at least thats what I hace noticed.
It depends on what you mean by better handling...on a road course the NSX will win...(faster w/ higher lat grip)
Which handling do I like?...the NSX.
Are they the same feeling to me?...not even close.
Is that bad(aka is hte s2k worse)?...not nessearily, both are good.
A magazine did a comapison between cars of the same make (sibling rivilery in a R&T if I remember correctly) and again the above points were disscussed. Who did they like better? the NSX.(the test car happened to have a allignmemt problem, yet it still was faster than S2k, boxter, 2 mercedes, a ///M roadster, and the camaro
, though was creamed by the Z06, F-cars and Porsche TT
...but they admit, the car would have performed much better if the car didnt have the alignment problem...

NSX. Mid engine rear wheel drive = awesome balance. if you look at most of the high end sports cars/exotic cars, they are mid engine cars. to name off a few.. F40, F50, McLaren F1.

i love my s2000 and the way it handles, but maybe someday i will be able to afford a used NSX, then i will do my own comparioson testing!!! But until that day, the S2000 is the best handling car I have ever owned.

ok I am venting. Sorry.
Seriously though, NSXs handle like a dream..... its just in my case its mostly a dream when she is properly running
ok I am venting again....sorry its been a really bad weekend. Now seriously, the car has wonderful handling, and is considerd by many to be one of the easiest mid engined cars to drive.

the nsx-r is an absolute amazing machine, honda makes me proud.
I wonder how many of those responding have driven the various iterations of each -- and how many people are voting based on price.
(this is in no way intended to start a flame war)
I feel my R can hold together around high speed turns very wheel and like you say its transition it turns is better
Since thats what i am used too i like it.
But as far as the S2000 if you can manage the RWD cabability you can drive it better i suppose.
In driving my girlfriends moms S2 i am always worried about sliding the *** to much and losing control -- i guess that sways my comfort level too
In driving my type r i am real confident in the handling and know my limits
I guess i would need to take out the s2 more
But in making a decision i think the ITR handles better all around it feels more controlled which in my mind handles better

I have an S2000, my best friend has an NSX, and the NSX definitely handles better. The NSX is much easier to drive fast, and inspires confidence. In the S2000, you have to learn how to drive it fast or you will be bumped. Both are amazingly fun, but NSX is a whole different ball game.
