basicly im getting a **** ton of money from a lawsuit in march...

i have a stock auto 92 bubble. dx i beleive if that makes a difference
well im looking for info basicly on completly rebuilding this from the ground up
i wanna put all new everything except frame basicly for tax reasons.

what would do if u had basicly unlimited capital for the best of the best

things like:
what engine with a compatible manual trans
types of turbo and intake exhaust systems whats the best that will work with my car
types of suspension n **** i dont wanna be soo low just better handling and ****
i basicly know nothing about mechanics n yea trying to just get some info.... i dont even know if this is the right place to post this.
