Default Post swap DTC 15 A/C problems

I swapped a d17a2 into my 01 LX. Im using the non-vtec ecu and harness. I noticed that when I swapped the engine, the A/C evaporater was wrecked so I decided to chuck the compressor and lines. On start-up I got a code for an IAC (which I understand how to take care of) and one for DTC 15, which has to do with A/C. Is there any way to eliminate a fuse to stop the diagnosis code from popping up on my obd2 reader?

Thanks

HVAC DTC 15 is for a short in the evaporator temperature sensor circuit. The fuse associated with the A/C system is relative to other HVAC items (as seen here) so removing it would ultimately render the other associated items useless.

If you'd like to troubleshoot DTC 15, I can type that out. It's going to simply break down to testing the evaporator temp sensor and/or the HVAC control panel. Then either replacing the sensor or the control panel, or finding and repairing the short between the control panel and the evap. temp. sensor.

It may just be a bad ground between the heater control panel and the evaporator temp sensor.
