So i was repinning my floor harness and it failed well i drove around for a while than get home and it smells burnt like a short .well my lights and sidemarkers stay on even when the car is off...they're the lights that click before the actual headlights and my car won't start i turn the key and it does nothing as if i wasn't engaging the clutch help please its a 1997 Honda civic ex all stock

 

Replace all the botched wiring.
