k24a4 vtec killer piston options?

Would I be able to safely use 87.5 rs machine pistons with Itr specs(12.5, I believe) in a k24a4 longblock and type s cams?

Yes, however the pistons are not ITR specs... ITR's only produce 11.5 to 11.7:1 depending on the generation. The RS pistons are 12:1
