Default greddy1387/ 95 coupe build

i picked this up about three weeks ago. it is a 95 civic ex







the badd.



took a few things out to drop weight


took out the sound deadning tar


got some diff wheels








bys lip on


my interior teg seats and blox ****


started to take stuff out and prep to pull the motor.


new head gasket and t belt for my d15 bottem end

i have no clue bought it that way, i think a rod bolt came out through.

picked up a d15b7 motor so gonna pull the head off and make a mini me.

looks good, but id source another D16 block and leave the mini me headaches alone.

where im from its hard to find anything. what headaches do you mean?

Out of curiosity, what method did you use to get the tar off? I've come up with a few over the years, and my personal favorite is to soak it for a day in oil, then soak it in degreaser, then coat it in kitty litter, then vacuum the chunks up with a wet/dry vac.

It was freezing in pa so a cold day a chisel and hammer. It came up in chuncks

did some work today.

pulled the z6 head off




pulled the d15 head and oil pin. found out it is an d15b8 with b7 pstons

did some cleaning and prepping on the d15 today. stove cleaner and tooth brush to the block and took a razor blade and peeled old head gasket off

got some new gaskets from honda and traded the bys lip for a stock ex lip so much cleaner.





i need to re spray the bumper and the lip looks better in person. nice clean oem look

pulled the breather chamber and the coolant tube off the z6 block and installed on my d15

i got to some work today and dropped the z6 head on my block with new. ngk plugs and new headgasket.
