fuel injectors not firing
i have recently changed my fuel pump after my car died on me and would not start up again. before that my fuel pressure gauge was reading the pressure would go down if the throttle was touched. the car was also hard to start.
Fuel pump turns on
engine turns over
spark plugs fire
engine runs with starting fluid
injectors will not fire off of the ecu but will manually with battery.
the main relay clicks
all the ground in the car have been cleaned
ECU is new
if you have any information that can help please send it my way. i need this car running asap. thank you ahead of time.

Sounds like you're in the same situation I'm in.

i have checked and injectors arent getting any power the resistor box isnt getting any power and from what i have seen there isnt any power coming from the ecu to them. i am thinking it is some sensor that is supposed to send a signal to the ecu to tell the ecu to send them power but my mind is fried and i dont know where to go next. just a little over whelmed.

ECU sends ground.
The main relay sends power to the resistor box > injectors when you turn the key to ON.
the ecu power up but dont know where to check i think i am just gonna get a new relay tomorrow and see what happens if it doesnt work i guess at least i have a new one. we will see what happens. i am going to search for a wiring diagram but that might be a long shot. so if anyone knows somewhere online i can get one let me know.
Unplug the resistor box and check the one heavy wire at the connector 12v.
If you get the 12v, then plug the box back in. Unplug the injector clips and you should get some voltage reading at all 4 injectors.
Use chassis or battery ground for these tests.
i did check the resistance of the resistor box and there were all within tolerance but i need new batteries for my mutlimeter so ill check it tomorrow.
so i dont have power to them i need a new relay right? if i do have power im guessing its the resistor box right?

so i just checked the main relay and everything checks out i have power on every pin except ground at some point. but i am not getting anything to my resistor box.
So where next?
So where next?
also checked IGP1 and IGP2 (a13 and a15) for relay input into ecu, they both have power. i am thinking distributor but dont want to spend 300 dollars if i dont need to.
Give some information about your car, engine, and ECU.
The distributor crank sensor has nothing to do with voltage to the injector resistors. The sensor only controls ground.
Again, use your multimeter to test for break in the Yel/Blk wire between the main relay and injector resistor.

Okay so I was thinking since the yellow/black wire goes between the ecu and the main relay and branches to go to the resistor box, I have power everywhere but the box theoretically if I tapped into the yellow/black at the main relay and ran a new wire to the box this POSSIBLY clear up my issue. Does this sounds right? What does the ecu need to make the ground control signal for the injectors?
You don't have voltage at the injector resistors, so focus on this issue before even thinking about the injector grounds.
Tapping the Yel/Blk wire at the main relay and running the tapped wire to the resistors should solve the problem. Be sure to solder and shrink wrap insulate the tapped junction.

Going to radio shack and will be getting the stuff to do this I will let you know thanks for your help. Your are like my honda Jesus

Just ran a new wire from the main relay to the resistor box and the car will not idle and i think it is in limp mode, will rev over 3100. i went and took each injector plug off each injector one at a time and found the injector 2nd from the right did not affect the engines speed at all. i am guess the injector is bad gonna try to find some more injectors on craigslist and clean and install them tonight.
will one injector not firing throw my ecu into limp mode?
