i have a slight problem i ran into. Im dropping a jdm b16 obd0 in my 90' hatch It'll come with the factory manifold on it, which is 2.25", but I ordered a Tanabe Medallion touring exhaust (2.5") for it, and I was going to get a 2.5" test pipe since I have no cat to put on it and I plan to get a header in the near future. So what exactly would I need to make the 2.5" test pipe adapt to the 2.25" manifold? Thats all i have really left for my swap so I'm stuck here! lol
has anybody had the same problem? Please Help!!!!

 

usually i just bolt it together as the flanges are pretty much the same outer diameter usually. worst case you take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld the correct flanges on.

 

my header's flange and doughnut is 2.25" id and my cat is a 2.5" id, bolted up and sealed just fine

 

Thank you man thats what i was hoping i could do but like to hear it from someone before i bought a test pipe
