Default F22b1 wont take off and then sputters

Ive had my car for almost 4 years and have been driving it everyday for nearly 2 and its done great but as of about a week ago I noticed it was really slow...
when I take off I get to about 3500 rpms and then then it starts cutting out, sputtering, and jolting. I have no Idea what it is other than it throws a code 21 (Vtec solenoid) I went through the trubleshooting in the honda repair manual everything's good, the wiring is all good I went through it all I even swapped out 3 different ecu's that I have for that motor (they all have than issue)
Ive had a code 41 02 sensor for about 3/4 a year now and replaced the 02 sensor a while ago, when do code was still there I just kept driving it

Im going to check all of the wiring on that tommorow (the 02 sensor that is)
let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas
Thanks

Yea be sure to check oil levels. Alot of ppl over look that. Do you have any oil leaks? If so is it coming from the solenoid. If oil levels are up and no leak then your vtec is wanting to cross over but its not engaging. Many ppl get shavings, dirt, etc. caught in there solenoid gasket so I would try checking that. But then again if you're interested in taking it off you might as well change the gasket. Its like 14 dollars at the dealership. All else fails it maybe time for a new solenoid.

thanks Im about to look into a new solenoid

I noticed the wiring to the distributer is a little chewed up where it actually goes into the distributor along with rust inside it (moisture is getting in) so much going on at once haha
