Hi everyone, I have been checking out this site for the past year or so since I got my '98 Accord with 272,000 miles and have found it very helpful. I love wrenching and hopefully I can contribute a little and continue to learn. By the way my Accord is original trans and motor and still purrs like a kitten, just a few minor glitches!

Apparently I'm not so lucky because my trans. just took a sudden turn for the worse also. It' been shifting hard between 1st and 2nd, but yesterday after shifting out of 3rd it wouldn't go into 4th and if I'm coasting downhill it downshifts pretty hard. fluid level is fine I'm thinking it's on the way out. What did you do for yours crownroyal or anybody else?
