Correct radiator cap for da6 XSi
Greetings,
I have a 91 da6 XSi with a b16a motor. I know there are two types of radiator caps available. The one with that small one way valve, and the other with the big spring in the middle.
Which one of these caps should go with my car, I currently have a 1.1 cap with the small one way valve. Whenever I drive spiritedly the coolant starts to bubble out the overflow bottle, the temp needle however doesn't move. So i'm starting to think I have the wrong cap on. You literally have to force the cap on whenever you take it of or put it back on. Any suggestions?

By the correct one for the car. When the needle don't move does it just stay below cold?
If so, I'd look into the coolant switch.

Well the needle doesn't go past the halfway mark. If it was the coolant switch wouldn't the fans not turn on when it gets hot though?
I went to the honda dealer in my country, and they seem clueless as to the correct radiator cap to sell me.
