Need Ac help

Does anyone know if any of the wiring for the Ac system run through the ignition ? Neither of my fans are kicking on and my Ac clutch won't engage either

The short answer is yes, and the compressor relay is switched on by the ecu.

it could also be the low pressure switch not allowing it to come on if there no refrigerant in the system.
