so i have a 91 cvic with a d16z6 head and complete wire harness swap to obd1 and fuse 14 keeps blowing and killing my car it was ok for a while becuase it barely happened but now everytime i start the car the fuse blows

 

sounds to me like you have a short somewhere - these are the things controlled by fuse 14 - check them out to see if you can find the short - most likely in a black/yellow wire - could be something with wires connected to the wrong thing
