Default lots of miles on the chassis

Bought a car that says about 119K miles on the chassis.
Friend did carfax after I bought it. It really has 300K on the Chassis.
What should I do?

Nothing you can do.
When you buy a car a carfax is just a courtesy document.
Its information is supplied by the owner and insurance companys.
Carfax can not be held liable for inaccuracies due to crooked owners.

Best thing you could of done was do the carfax before you bought it.
Now you know where your method to your car buying experience went wrong.
Do your homework on a car before you buy it.

I check your car profile and recognize you got a H2 Honda challenge car.
I bought the civic as a temporary DD and was about to modify it for the Honda challenge. But because I have so much miles on the chassis, do you think it's still worth it to modify it for the challenge or just get rid of it.

My friends said that the chassis will warp over time after a lot of driving.
But I see guys with old cars, probably lots of miles, and was wondering what they do to keep it in good condition.

It will "warp?"

I've got ~220k on mine and other then bushings and ball joints going there isn't a single issue. I've never heard of a car "warping" becuase it was driven.

About my car. I don't see any rust, surface rust. paint is oxidizing.
Look in trunk, and see what appears to be bondo.
Carfax shows that the odometer has been tampered with so me and my friends estimated that it has 300K miles.
Was ready to put work into my car, but one of my other friends say there's too much miles on the chassis and it will warp and is not worth it.
After hearing about it warping, it started to bug me.
I still enjoy driving the car.
Not sure if I should be worried or not.

What are they baseing the estimate on?

The speedo being tampered with could be as simple as it was swapped. They do break.

Warped!?!?

Wow, just when you thought you've heard them all..

Chassis warp when they are repaired from a crash. Not from usage.
Take a piece of foil, crumble it, then try to straighten it out like it was. It will never be the same. Same goes for a wrecked car.

The best thing for you to do is it to take it to a body shop and check it to see if its straight. if it is then you are ok. if not then straighten it.
It doenst cost much to have it put on a rack and checked
Thats if you are going to track it eventually.
I wouldnt worry about what your friends are saying...
I think they are misinformed and full of those school yard myths like pop rocks and soda will explode your stomach.
