In all honesty, if you want us to help you in the right way, our first suggestion would be to remove the halo headlights.

That and raise it up some with 15's.
I don't understand this "stance" generation.

He is correct. Most people(if not all) on Honda-Tech will tell you to keep the stock headlights. Now, most basic mods, if you aren't swapping the motor out are intake, header, and exhaust.

I'm one of the few that will tell you there's nothing wrong with using after market headlights. IMHO the projectors combined with an HID kit produces 200% higher quality light than stock headlights.

Have to agree that HIDs are awesome.
But that's not what's going on here.
Halos -just the decoration ring inside that goes around the light... no HID mentioned.

My opinion is don't let people tell what to do to YOUR car. Make it your own. Go look at some picture threads or car meets or whatever, and if you like what you see, do it. If you love body kits and halo projectors then rock them. No matter what you do there will all ways be someone who doesn't like it.

fix the problems with it before spending a pile on aftermarket stuff. stop rust from spreading the right way, do all the maintenance on it as well. then decide if you want performance, looks or just a comfortable ride. usually i will do the maintenance, and any outstanding problems, repair or replace parts that are worn out, and put a better radio and speakers in, then decide the path for the future.
