Ok I've been searching, and found nothing, the link in the FAQ sent me nowhere so I'm now asking here, ok I've heard an h23 manifold bolts up to the f22 with little to no problems, is it good for the tq and Ho increase I keep hearing about? And is it as straight forward as swapping the intakes around? Thanks in advance, also if you have a link on all of this stuff so I can read more into it I would appreciate thy as well

 

What version of the F22 are you referring to, F22A or F22B?

I know for sure that it doesn't work with the F22B without an adapter plate and other modification.

As for the F22A. I know that the upper plenum and throttle body of the H23 is a known upgrade. Not sure if the lower manifold bolts up to he head or not without mods.

 

Oops, my bad, the f22a, and it's the upper plenium and throttle body, even better

 

plenum and TB from the H23 are only direct bolt on for F22A equipped with IABs (F22A6). H23- both complete intake manifold and exhaust manifold will bolt up to any F22A head. First hand knowledge.

not sure about any additional changes to make an H23 manifold swap work (wiring and so forth) but if there are i'm sure it's not complicated. take pictures before and after. compare.
