Need ecu 37820-pld -u63. No crank signal ,no spark at the plug .

dtc 0336 did all the test based on error code.
Tested wires continuity good. Replaced sensor.. Getting 12v at the Cps connecter no shorted wires . Car as an immobilizer and hence trying a j code ecu , but still no spark not sure if its the immobilizer or test ecu faulty? Does the immobilizer cut fuel and spark or fuel only ? Any ideas welcome
