Icon6 d16z6 swap help

i have a 91 crx dx that was converted to mpfi when i bought it drove it for 3 years then it burnt a valve i found a d16z6 so i did the swap bought the convertion harness to convert from obd0 to obd1 with the dizzy convertion plugs i started it up and it went into limp mode. it has 3 trouble codes 4,10 and 14. i replaced the ecu, dizzy and the idle air valve and the intake air temp sensor and the codes stayed the same. can anyone help? please

Sounds like you need to check your wiring if it was already converted to mpfi

it was converted to mpfi when i bought it had a si intake and ecu in it ran great never once had a trouble code

I just did this swap as well in my crx. The code 14 is iacv. It will cause a bouncy idle and cause it jerk at 1500. It's a green plug that will seem to short to reach if whoever did the mpfi swap didnt extend it. The iacv is cyndrical shaped and on the back of the manifold next to the TPS. The 10 is iat its white oval shaped with two philips on the drivers side of the im.

thanks ive replaced the iat and the iacv and the codes are still there, ill recheck everything thanks for the help
