If you're in CA it won't pass smog. I'm going to assume you're not in CA.
You will need an obd2 to obd1 conversion harness. Also, you will need to swap pins A11 and A6 before the harness and grab a distributor for the f22A6 and an ecu for the f22A6. Also, you will need to get an IAB kit for the f22a6 motor and wire it in. I think rywire sells em. Also, you will need a conversion kit for the distributor plugs, I think rywire sells this too. The crank sensor for your existing harness is at the oil pump.

Just curious but what is the purpose of this swap?
The A6 does have some very mild benefit over the B2, if your end goal is power, there are much better options to choose from.

One of the harness plugs that run to the plugs That run back into the car are different It's black with yellow stripe and the other ones black with white stripe The one from the engine harness has three The engine harness has five and and plug only has two Plugs are different

Instead of swapping harnesses, it might be best to just cut what you need from the donor harness and buy some heat shrink type of connectors and just splice it in, imo. The only thing you will need to add if you choose to keep using your existing harness is the iab wire and connector. The f22a6 motor uses iab's.
However, if the shock tower connectors you have from both harnesses are plug n play, you can choose to swap out the harnesses. Just remember that you will need to swap pins A6 and A11.
