Post Wagon bogging???? HELP!

I have a 1989 RT4WD automatic Civic Wagon that keeps bogging out on me.
I'll try to explain the best as I can on what's going on.

As I'm driving it'll bog out but comes back into it. Feels like not enough gas but a few things it could be then that.

As I was driving it was fine for a bit then bogged out and comes into it again. I barley can hit the gas peddle. It does it in any gear. If I stomp on it it does the same thing. I was in 3rd gear going around 30 mph and no matter what I did it kept bogging out on me every few yards I went and wouldn't go any faster without it bogging...
Also if I put the gas peddle about half throttle starting on a hill it will do the same thing.

-Fuel pump hums when I turn the key on.
-Main Relay is fine.
-I've put a brand new fuel filter in (witch helped a bit untill now).

Could it be the coil or something clogging up?

I'm just stumped on this and never had an issue with this before. Also keep in mind it's an automatic.
Any help would be appreciated cause I do not have a car to drive.

Thanks for the help and video. I was thinking it could be the coil in the dizzy. I have new cap, rotor, ngk plugs, and wires already in it. I'll look at it tomorrow and get back to you.

Any other possible things it may be? something clogging up?...

I forgot to mention (not sure if this would be the problem solver) but after it bogs I'll turn off my car and I'll wait around 10-20 seconds and then start driving it'll be fine for a mile or two, then it'll start doing it again.

After I turn my car off and turn it back on I can get after it or baby it and won't do anything for a mile or so...

Hopefully it's just something simple and not costly.

Lol. I'm on my 4th autozone distributor in less than a month. Whoever rebuilds them, is a flipping idiot!

i would return the autozone dizzy and go to an entirely different parts vendor
or if you have a buddy with the same motor test with their known good dizzy
there has been times where i bought 3 bad ones in a row.
i bought a brand new master cylinder last week that failed immediately

Yeah I'll return it. Only thing is I'm not to sure about if a 1.5 A6 5 speed would be any diffrent with my 1.5 A6 Auto... Should that work fine if I just swapped it?

UPDATE: new fuel pump, fuel filter, altenater, all grounds are clean, Had a **** ton of pine needles in the gas tank (idk how or why) but all cleaned out. spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor.

after putting that in it ran fine for about an hour then started to bog once again...

Any other ideas?
I'm getting a new fuel pressure regulator and ecu and cleaning the injectors. only other 3 things I can think of.

Update: Fuel pressure regulator fixed my bogging problem. Drove it all weekend and monday night it just randomly died. I tried starting it but wouldn't start. It would turn over just fine. Could it be a bad ground? dizzy? or something else?

I am going to go through it this saturday and check the grounds and in process of finding a obd0 dizzy.

Did you put loctite on the screw that holds the ignition rotor in the dizzy? I replaced my dizzy in August and the screw popped out while on the interstate...

I did not. I have another rotor new in the box. I will be going through it this weekend and will replace spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor once again. clean the grounds, and hope for the best.

Can you swap an Ignition coil from a 97 civic d16y7 into my obd0? Would that work or no?

nvm about my previous post. Obd1/obd2 coil won't fit into a obd0 dizzy. So now can I use a B series obd0 coil or do I have to use a D series coil?

Update: Found oil on the spark plugs and valve cover gasket was toast. So I replaced that and the spark plugs. Cleaned injectors again.

New parts, plugs, wires, rotor, ignition coil, alternator (went bad), fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, battery.

It doesn't bog anymore but when it warms up it dies on me and doesn't start until the car is cold. Once I get it started it will idle for about 5 minutes and then shut off...
Any help?
