WTS/WTT: 2007 Yamaha R6 Kandy Apple Red Lowered!
Up for sale is my 2007 Yamaha R6 with only 8,XXX miles and has a clean title!! I recently changed the tires to Bridgestone BTO16s, less than 1k miles on them. Oil changes been done every 1k miles along with oil filter changes. The bike has been repainted with kustom kolor kandy apple red. I had that done about a year ago for a much deeper red and I also wanted to paint different parts kandy and black. Here's a little more info as far as parts go:

To each their own homie, I'm sure your statement isn't backed up scientifically though lol!
You do understand the transmission and engine shares the same oil right? And you do understand that the more miles you have with that oil, the more dirt/metal shavings/debris it'll collect right? And you do understand that oil degrades right? Do you think it degrades within minutes? hours? days? weeks? months? years? How long did you think it takes me to rack 1k miles?
Are you a Fluid engineer? Damage analysis expert? Metallurgy expert?
If so, please shed some light and enlighten me on exactly how changing your oil every 1k miles is overkill and in what ways is it beneficial for me to hold out on a oil change besides money.
If you are not, i'd like for you to please stop posting on the threads I create with your misleading information. Thank you!

clean *** r6 ! but i guess i can ask you, what oil do you use? because it depends on the oil not all oil degrades the same rate. but 1k every oil change is DEFINITELY no downsides except money. engine must be FRESH.
