I have an 88 crx si with a OBD0 dohc zc. I am running the stock Ecu and no matter how hard i try the car will not exceed 2500 rpms. Its like it hits a rev limiter. I am running the stock si ecu and went to check for any codes and i couldnt believe it. Me and 5 others are counting 11 blinks. There is no code 11. Any ideas

a car can still run a on bad ecu. you should try and swap out for a good known ecu and check it.

yeah if you got a code 11 it would be 1 solid flash for a sec then 1 quick flash after that.

 

Yeah i figured that. Went and checked the blinks again today and 11 fast blinks. Ill see if i can find another ecu tomorrow

Not yet. Had to order one. No one near me had 1
