fidanza lightened flywheel and exedy stage 1 clutch changed at the same time by a legit mechanic 3k miles ago.
18x9.5 +15 MB battles with like new tires about 250 miles on it.
Unknown brand rear subframe spacers.
nismo extended lugs in the front with 10mm spacer in the front
new radiator just put on less than 2500 miles ago.
brand new jdm kouki front and rear bumper.
will throw in front j30 brake calipers, z31 caliper brackets for the altima rotor conversion all is direct bolt on (if i can find it)
interior 8/10 . Overall its pretty good no rips or tears in the seats.
lowered on c8 sport coilovers about 500 miles It can still go lower, but I just dont because the height is daily drive able at the moment.
custom dual blast pipe exhaust. its 2.5 all the way from the car, has a vibrant resonator and the blast pipes are obx barracuda 4 inchs each, the sound is very subtle sound almost like a megan type 2 so it doesent attract cops.
clarion flip out with navigation and ipod usb and aux input head unit, upgraded speakers all around and the car is wired for a system already with an amp and rockford sub (may even include if asking price is met.)
Everything works! AC/Heater and all that not like most 240's Ive seen. Perfect daily especially since summer is here.
j30 vlsd. Also changed the fluids when we put it in so about 3k miles ago.
Viper 2 way alarm just installed last week.
and it was also tinted about 2 weeks ago.
muteki extended lug nuts.
oil changed about 250 miles ago.
6k hids.
dmax crystal turn signals very rare just havent installed it on the car yet.

Recently upgraded the front inner and outer tie rods with tein ones. even replaced the boots.
Rear upper control arm and tie rods upgraded with godspeed gen 2 stuff so real beefy. These parts listed below only have about 60 miles driven on them.

cons:
1 crack on dash
holes on trunk filled pretty crappy from previous owner removing wing but no leaks.
a couple dings here and there.
missing shift boot.
all it needs is a little bodywork and paint and you are good to go with a clean looking car.
Check engine light for neutral position switch and knock sensor
Needs alignment since I upgraded a few suspension pieces.
